2. Custom Orders & Design Approval

Most of our products are made to order based on designs, colors, logos, and sizing information you provide.

• Before production begins, we will send you a digital design proof (mockup) for review.
• Production does not start until you approve the proof in writing (including email or our online approval system).
• Once a design is approved, the order is considered final. Changes after approval may not be possible, or may result in additional charges and delays.
• You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, colors, and sizing carefully before approving your proof. We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.
• Full or partial payment may be required before production begins, depending on order size and payment terms communicated at checkout.
• We accept the payment methods listed on our website at checkout.
• You are responsible for any bank or payment processing fees associated with your chosen payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

• You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, names, images, or designs you submit to us for printing.
• By submitting artwork or design requests, you grant Norta Industries permission to reproduce that material solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• You agree not to submit designs that infringe on any third party's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for any claims arising from designs you submit.
• Original design concepts created by our in-house design team remain the property of Norta Industries unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before design approval.
• Once a design proof has been approved and production has started, cancellations may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover design and material costs already incurred.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing choices you selected, or design preferences after approval.

We will repair, replace, or refund your order if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error.
• The final product does not match the approved design proof due to an error on our part.
